So. I'm Justin Famatigan, and this be my artwork site. I'll try to keep it as updated as possible with all my recent work.

I'm an artist of mixed mediums. My more current (a.k.a finished) works are posters for events using adobe photoshop. I'm also a pen and ink artist. I like drawing human figures of any kind. I seldom take photographs anymore but i borrow my friends' cameras from time to time.

Trust though that if you follow this blog, it won't be updated everyday, but rather only when I find I've created something worth posting. :)

Work In Progress. So, I agreed to paint a shirt for my friend with the tele-trio of the X-Men, consisting of, from left to right, Emma Frost, Jean Grey, and Betsy Baddock(Psylocke). I personally really like Jean Grey cause she’s a fiery red-head, which is probably why i put in extra effort on her. You can’t see it, but emma and betsy are both hot as well, ok? I really took my time with their faces on this one. I noticed i’d been starting to draw more and more generic faces in my past works, which is why this time i’m going for quality work instead of quantity work in my drawings. But i won’t stop doodling random body parts here and there still. :)))

So this is the second of AF’s Deconstruct 2011: Unleash the Beast Within teaser posters. I won’t be doing as much as i had originally planned. The remaining 11 posters will be divided among a team of 6 (me included), which I hope we can finish within the next 2 weeks. In the meantime, enjoy! :)

Beginnings

So I’ll be starting my posts with what I come up with in the following weeks. What is it that I’ll be posting, you say? A series of themed posters for my school org’s annual start of the year party, that’s what!

First up is what you see above. The banner ID and the first of 13 posters I will be doing for the weeks to come until July 2, 2011. (Bear with me people) I will be posting random doodles and drawings to get my mind of school and work, but this will be the bulk of my posts ‘til then. :P
